How can i submit my designs? Submit your seamless designs to kookoonestfiles@gmail.com. Make sure to leave us notes and instructions in your email when you place your order.
Can you add a background color to my PNG or SVG to print a fabric panel? Absolutely, we will add a color that coordinates with the design, just leave a note with your preference of color.
Do you print on cotton? No, unfortunately the inks in the sublimation do not adhere to natural fibers. That's why we have to print on polyester or polyester blend fabrics.
What fabric bases do you print on? DBP Spandex 210 is our most popular. We have a stretch fleece, wide rib, and a cotton blend woven available per special request.
What is a rapport? A rapport is a panel on one side and coordinate fabric on the rest. Giving you a yard worth of fabric total.
Can you add a design to a shirt for me to order? Yes, we also own a DTF printer so we can also print t-shirts for you as well.
Can you design a fabric for me? Yes, when we have time we can possibly help you with your needs.
How long does it take to receive my order? We try to keep our TAT time from the time you order until the time it's printed to 3-5 business days. This does change however around holidays or sales/promotions we may run.

We pride ourselves on our adaptability and commitment to excellence in every aspect of our service. We use a sublimation procedure to print the designs onto fabric. While we do our best to get the print perfect, sublimation does have small imperfections occasionally. When you place an order you understand that this may be the case.
